Pour ce qui est de la position du dos, en effet, l'accouchement est, statistiquement, plus rapide quand le dos est à gauche. Voici les raisons :
La tête de l'enfant utilise, pour descendre et sortir, préférentiellement une diagonale du bassin. Celle qui va depuis en avant de la hanche gauche à la fesse droite. On ne sait pas très bien pourquoi, ou plus honnêtement, je ne m'en souviens plus, mais c'est ainsi.
Un enfant qui aurait le dos à gauche aurait aussi le dos en avant. Un enfant qui se présenterait avec le dos à droite aurait donc de grandes chances d'avoir le dos en arrière.
Comme il leur faut, à tous deux, avoir le dos en avant, sous le nombril de la maman, pour sortir, il suffira au bébé qui a le dos en avant de tourner de 45° pour y arriver. Il faudra au bébé qui a le dos à droite, donc en arrière, tourner de 90°+45°= 135° pour y arriver.
De plus, les bébés dos à droite, dos en arrière, ont la tête un peu moins bien fléchie que ceux qui ont le dos à gauche.
Après toutes ces explications, il me faut rajouter cela : c'est très théorique. Des accouchements faciles et des difficiles, on en voit dans les deux cas. C'est vraiment un détail

En ce qui concerne le déclenchement je ne peux te renseigner.
Par contre pour que ta puce change de position, il te faut le plus souvent te mettre sur le côté gauche surtout quand tu dors.
C'est ce que la sage femme m'a dit et il s'avère que ça marche.
