Vous

Votre utérus mesure 33 cm et son col peut commencer à se raccourcir.

Votre corps se prépare à l’accouchement, vous ressentirez plusieurs fois par jour des contractions, elles ne sont pas très fréquentes mais surviennent à intervalles réguliers, durant lesquels votre ventre se durcit.





Votre bébé

Il mesure maintenant 45 cm et pèse 2,4 kg. Il se prépare à son entrée dans le monde et peut entamer sa descente dans votre bassin.

Il continue de grossir, le lanugo commence à disparaître et la graisse s’accumule sous sa peau. Il commence à défriper.

Il donne des coups de pieds de plus en plus vigoureux. Lorsqu’il sera trop à l’étroit il sécrétera lui-même une hormone qui déclenchera l’accouchement.




A noter

C’est la dernière ligne droite et bébé peut arriver à tout moment. Préparez donc votre valise ainsi que la sienne avec les affaires dont vous aurez besoins pour la maternité.

Surtout reposez-vous bien et faite des exercices de respiration et de relaxation.

Vous pouvez continuer à avoir des rapports sexuels mais sachez qu’à ce stade un rapport peut déclencher un accouchement car le sperme contient des hormones qui agissent sur les fibres musculaires de l’utérus.
