Vous
Votre utérus remonte très haut, il a maintenant atteint 30 cm et peut commencer à vous incommoder notamment lorsque vous êtes en position assise et la nuit pour dormir.

Votre bébé
Il mesure maintenant 39 cm et pèse entre 1,7 kg. Il n’a plus beaucoup de place et ne bouge plus beaucoup. Il occupe pratiquement tout le volume de l'utérus et concentrera son attention sur ce qui se passe à l’extérieur.
Les cellules de ses poumons sécrètent le sufractant, liquide qui empêchera les poumons de se rétracter entièrement lorsqu’il prendra sa première inspiration une fois à l’extérieur.
Si ce n’est pas déjà fait, il se tournera une dernière fois et adoptera la position définitive qu’il gardera jusqu’au jour de l’accouchement.

A noter
Si votre ventre vous gêne la nuit pour dormir, essayez de le caller à l’aide d’oreillers.
Vous pouvez commencer à établir une liste des affaires dont vous aurez besoin pour la maternité.
Mangez des produits riches en calcium pour favoriser l’ossification des os de votre bébé.
