32eme semaine

Vous

Votre utérus remonte jusqu’à 12 cm au-dessus du nombril et votre ventre a désormais presque atteint son volume maximum.

Vous allez probablement être moins essoufflée car bébé en descendant compresse un peu moins votre cage thoracique.

Vos seins peuvent sécréter une substance jaunâtre, le colostrum.





Votre bébé

Il mesure maintenant 45 cm et pèse environ 1,5 kg.

Si ce n’est pas déjà fait il va bientôt prendre sa position pour sortir (tête en bas).

Son cerveau se développe rapidement et il s'entraîne à ouvrir les yeux et à respirer.

Ses mouvements sont de plus en plus amples et impressionnants, quand il se tourne s’est tout votre ventre qui se déforme.

Si c’est un garçon les testicules descendent dans les bourses, si c’est une fille, les ovogonies se transforment en ovocytes de premier ordre.




A noter

Vous pouvez bénéficier dès cette semaine, si votre médecin le juge nécessaire, du congé pathologique.

Vous passerez cette semaine votre dernière échographie, dite biométrique pour faire un dernier point avant l’accouchement. Comme votre bébé a beaucoup grandit vous ne pourrez plus le voir en entier.

Ménagez-vous et soyez très vigilante pour ne pas provoquer un accouchement prématuré, évitez le stress et le surmenage et ne portez pas d’objets trop lourds.

Buvez beaucoup d’eau pour éviter les risques d’infections urinaires (1,5 litres).
